If you receive a letter from NHS Lanarkshire regarding a Covid 19 Vaccine this will state all relevant clinical information and where to rebook if required. Please do not phone the surgery for any further information due to the high number of calls we are already dealing with.

Patients can be directed to the NHS Inform COVID Vaccine page on NHS Inform to find out more about the vaccine.

Patients can also contact the Coronavirus vaccination helpline for information about who will be offered the vaccine and it’s delivery.  This helpline is open 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm  and can be reached by calling
0800 030 8013.

Any form of violence and aggression towards staff is completely unacceptable.

Given the current situation with the Covid-19 virus we have a responsibility to protect our patients and workforce as much as possible. This involves reducing unnecessary footfall in the practice. We are implementing a number of measures to facilitate this.

Prescriptions should be collected from a nominated pharmacy and not from the surgery.
Booked practice nurse appointments will be conducted by telephone. 
GP and ANP face to face appointments will be limited and you may be offered a same day telephone appointment as an alternative.
Our Entrance door is locked. If you do have an appointment at the surgery please attend at the back door (opposite the Health Centre Entrance) where you will be let into the building.
Repeat Prescription forms and any other paperwork to be handed in to the surgery should be put into the letterbox outside the front door.
Not registered for Online Patient Services yet?
Registering is quite simple. Fill in the online services registration form. After we check the details you will receive your own unique username and password to access to order repeat medication online.
Isolation Note Employees unable to work because of coronavirus can now access a digital sick note from without having to go to the doctor.
