Clarification about GP call-backs
Patients are reminded that the call-back system only works if patients answer their phones. This morning a few patients have been tried to no avail. We cannot give you a time as to when the GP calls back as all calls are triaged. Similar to an A&E department, it would be inappropriate for less urgent
