Any form of violence and aggression towards staff is completely unacceptable.

Given the current situation with the Covid-19 virus we have a responsibility to protect our patients and workforce as much as possible. This involves reducing unnecessary footfall in the practice. We are implementing a number of measures to facilitate this.

Prescriptions should be collected from a nominated pharmacy and not from the surgery.
Booked practice nurse appointments will be conducted by telephone.
GP and ANP face to face appointments will be limited and you may be offered a same day telephone appointment as an alternative.
Our Entrance door is locked. If you do have an appointment at the surgery please attend at the back door (opposite the Health Centre Entrance) where you will be let into the building.
Repeat Prescription forms and any other paperwork to be handed in to the surgery should be put into the letterbox outside the front door.
